    You can access featured fund offerings in the Fund Center or by using the Fund Finder.

    You can use the Search for Funds bar at the top of each page in the Fund Center to search by fund name, fund number, ticker or CUSIP.

    Yes. In the Fund Finder section of the site you can filter the list of funds by asset class, share class, Morningstar ratings, Lipper ranking, and fund characteristics.

    Yes. In the Fund Finder section of the site you can filter the list of funds by asset class, share class, Morningstar ratings, Lipper ranking, and fund characteristics.

  • Q How do I download important fund materials including prospectuses, literature, forms, and fund information? Expand/Collapse

    To download fund related materials, go to the Fund Finder Literature tab or a Fund Detail page. Once on the appropriate page, check off the pieces of interest and click the "Download" button.

  • Q How do I save my filter selections in the Fund Finder? Expand/Collapse

    The ability to save filter selections is only available for logged in users. Once you have selected the appropriate filters, type a name in the dialog box found on the Fund Finder where it says "Enter a name for this selection" and save. Your selection can be retrieved by choosing it from the "Saved Selections" drop down menu.

  • Q What should I do if my saved selections in the Fund Finder are not showing up? Expand/Collapse

    If your saved selections are not showing up, make sure you are logged in and try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the browser.

  • Q Can I receive email alerts about my favorite publications? Expand/Collapse

    Yes. A registered user can set alert subscriptions which allow you to receive notifications any time content matching your interests is published. You can subscribe to alerts by clicking the Subscribe button on any article.

  • Q How do I add a page to my bookmarks or favorites? Expand/Collapse

    In Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, click the star icon to bookmark the page you are on. In Apple Safari, click the plus sign in the menu.

    You can find literature in the Fund Finder literature tab, on the Forms and Tax Center page, and on individual fund detail pages, as well as other places throughout the site. Click the checkbox(es) next to the material(s) that interest you and select Add to Cart to place literature in your shopping cart.

    Search Tips:

    • Use  the global site search tool on the top right of each page to locate a particular item you’d like to order.
    • If you are looking for materials on a particular fund, visit the fund detail page to easily view all literature items associated with that product.

  • Q Where can I view and manage my past orders? Expand/Collapse

    You can view your order history in My GSAM. If you’d like to replicate a previous order, please log in and select it from your order history. You can choose to re-order all items from that order or add/remove items.

  • Q Why can't I find an item that I've ordered before? Expand/Collapse

    The piece you are looking for may no longer be available. Try using the global site search tool on the top right of each page to find similar materials, or browse the site to view all current literature.

  • Q Do my orders get saved? Expand/Collapse

    If you are logged in to the site, all your orders are saved automatically in My GSAM.

  • Q How can I access my cart? Expand/Collapse

    You can access your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the top of each page.

  • Q Can I ship to an alternate address? Expand/Collapse

    If you are logged in, orders will default to your saved profile address. You will have the option to enter an alternate address for each order during checkout. If you are not a logged in user, you will be required to enter a shipping address each time you place an order.

  • Q When can I expect my order to ship? Expand/Collapse

    Once your order is processed, it will ship within 3-5 business days. Your order will be processed the same day unless it is received after 4 PM EST or on the weekend. In those cases, it will be processed the next business day.

    If you select the "Remember user name" check box when you log in, we will remember your user name and pre-populate this information for future visits. You will still need to enter your password each time you log in to the site. For security reasons, we will not save your password information.

    If you selected "Remember user name" on a previous visit, but you no longer want us to prepopulate your user name, simply uncheck the "Remember user name" check box the next time you log in.
