Participants assess skills and leverage tools to help their teams perform at higher levels.

Workshop Overview

The team that achieves truly high performance and sustains it is rare – even rarer are teams which stay intact for a long time. As team members come and go, driven by the needs of the organization and individual career goals, you must regroup and refocus. What's a team leader to do?

With diagnostic activities, a model for team development and approaching goals and a team structure activity to help participants prioritize team-building efforts, this workshop is intended to assist advisors as they improve their practices from within.

Over the course of the workshop, participants explore topics such as:

1. Identifying characteristics of high performing teams   2. Team development model
3.  Discussing models to use when goal setting  4. Reviewing roles and responsibilities
5. Considering how effective teams use communications to excel
